We review the setup
We check suitability, discuss access and identify any existing issues or work needed before the move. Any setup or remedial costs are agreed in advance.

We arrange the handover
We coordinate the hosting move and check the website before and after launch. Domain and email arrangements are reviewed as part of planning the handover.
Step 04
Your ongoing care begins
Your website joins its agreed care plan, with a clear contact for maintenance and support.
Please keep your existing hosting active until the move is complete and we confirm it can be cancelled.

I’m Stephen McManus, a freelance web and graphic designer behind Digital Return Limited. I work with businesses on their WordPress websites and ongoing website care.
WP Web Care brings that service together for businesses that want a dependable person to look after their existing website.
Care plans
Choose the support your website needs.
Both plans include hosting and core website care. Choose Care Plus if you need more time for regular changes.
Prices are per website. No VAT is charged.
Hosting with WP Web Care is required. Plans are subject to an initial website assessment.
New functionality, redesigns, substantial development and third-party licence costs are quoted separately where required.

We’ll review your requirements and provide a suitable quote.
Personal support
Personal support, seven days a week.
Support daily, 9am–6pm UK time.
Target personal response within four support hours.
Support hours are measured daily between 9am and 6pm UK time. This is an initial response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Enquiries received outside the daily support window are picked up when support hours resume the following day. Routine content changes are scheduled separately.
